Our Charm Bar is fully customizable. If you’re looking for something specific for your charm bracelet or necklace that isn’t reflected on the website, please feel free to reach out to us at support@thepinkswanshop.com. For any special placement, spacing, or sizing requests, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can ensure everything is just right.
Design Preview Option
If you would like a preview image of your charm bracelet or necklace before shipment, please leave a note at checkout requesting a preview and include the best email address to contact you. A preview photo will be sent via email, and you will have 3 days to respond with any requested changes. If we do not hear back within 3 days, the design will be considered approved and your order will proceed to shipment.
Customization Policy
Customized Charm Bar orders are non-refundable. If an item needs to be returned for adjustments, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to our store.

- All Charm Bar chains come standard with a clasp.
- Charm images may appear enlarged for easier viewing. While we strive for accuracy, actual charm sizes may vary slightly in person.
- Charm placement may vary depending on the chain style, as some chain links are wider or shaped differently.
- Charms are placed in the order they are selected on the website, displayed from left to right. For example, Charm #3 will be positioned in the center, unless otherwise requested.
- If you’d like additional charms, please be sure to add each charm individually to your order. At checkout, please leave a note where you would like the additional charms to be placed (ex, "please place the heart charm after charm #5", "please place the heart charm in between charm #1 & #2).
- Charm connectors can be placed connected together or spaced apart. Please leave your preference in the checkout notes.
