Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately the item will be ineligible for exchanges or store credit - only applies to apparel.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags intact.
There are certain situations where only store credit is granted:
- Jewelry: due to Covid, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Only store credit will be issued if the item is damaged due to manufacturers error.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Items that break due to wear and tear cannot be returned. Exchanges can be done on a case by case situation.
To complete your exchange, we require an email or printed receipt that helps us locate your order and gives proof of purchase.
Online or Instagram Exchanges or Returns:
After the item has been accepted for an exchange or return, a shipping fee of $4 will be charged before a replacement is sent out.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All Sale items are final sale
