Permanent Jewelry: All permanent jewelry pieces; bracelets, necklaces, anklets and rings are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the product being a custom piece. Repairs are always welcome with a $10-$20 re-welding fee based on the material of the chain.
- Pink Swan is not responsible for lost items. No refunds or credit is provided for lost items. However, If you loose your permanent chain within one week of your session, we provide a 50% discount for a replacement bracelet with proof of receipt. If one week has elapsed, we offer a 10% discount on a replacement chain.
- Charms: If you loose a charm within 30 days of purchase, we offer a one time replacement of a equal value charm with proof of purchase or receipt. A $10 re-welding service fee applies to each charm. After 30 days have elapsed, we offer a10% discount on a replacement charm.
Note: Without proof of purchase or receipt, we are unable to offer any replacements.

Damaged jewelry will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof of receipt. If 30 days have elapsed the item cannot be exchanged.

Apparel: No refunds only exchanges are provided if clothing is brought back unworn, and in the same condition as when purchased with all tags in tact. Our policy lasts 14days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately the item will be ineligible for exchanges or store credit
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags intact.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Items that break due to wear and tear cannot be returned.
To complete your exchange, we require an email or printed receipt that helps us locate your order and gives proof of purchase.
Online or Instagram Exchanges or Returns:
After the item has been accepted for an exchange or return, a shipping fee of $5 will be charged before a replacement is sent out.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
