Yes! Guests may upgrade to higher-tier chains or specialty options during their appointment.

How do I book?

All classes are booked through our Square booking link. Booking links are shared via our website, social media, or direct message.

When do I pay?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your class for a full refund.
  • One reschedule is allowed if you call us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Can I bring someone who isn’t participating?

No. Only paid participants are allowed in the class space. All attendees must be actively participating.

How the welding experience works?

Guests will size, design, and participate in welding permanent bracelets onto each other's wrists, with step-by-step guidance and supervision from a trained instructor. For safety, all welding is performed under the instructor's supervision. 

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that’s welded instead of clasped, creating a seamless, elegant piece you never have to take off. It’s designed to be worn daily and symbolizes connection, milestones, and memories.

Is it safe?

Yes! Your safety is our top priority.
Our trained instructors will guide guests through the welding process, supervise all equipment use, and double-check every piece for quality and security. Protective welding glasses must be worn at all times, and all guests are required to follow safety instructions and sign a waiver before participating.

Can I remove my bracelet later?

Yes,if needed, permanent jewelry can be safely removed with scissors or wire cutters. If you'd like it re-welded in the future, just bring it back!
