Care: Store your Italian charm bracelet in a cool, dry place, ideally in a pouch or jewelry box, to protect it from moisture and humidity. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to keep the finish and any decorative detailing looking their best.

Cleaning Your Italian Charm Bracelet: After wearing, gently wipe each link with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to remove oils and residue. For deeper cleaning, lightly use warm water and a mild soap, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and harsh chemical cleaners to preserve any plating, enamel, or design detailing on your charms.

Please Note: Italian charm links connect side by side to form one continuous bracelet. Charms are added in the order selected, so please review your design carefully before checkout.

The Charm Changing Tool

To make adding, removing, and rearranging your Italian charm links quick and easy at home, we offer a charm-changing tool available for purchase. This handy tool lets you safely open and connect your links without damaging them, so you can refresh your bracelet anytime you like. We recommend adding the tool to your order if you plan to update your bracelet on your own. Simply add it from its product page before checkout.

  • Our Italian Charm Bar is fully customizable. If you're looking for something specific that isn't reflected on the website, please reach out to us at support@thepinkswanshop.com. For any special placement, spacing, or sizing requests, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can ensure everything is just right.

    Please refer to the sizing chart as a reference for how to measure your bracelet length.

    Italian charm bracelets are made up of individual links, so the number of links determines the total fit.

  • Design Preview Option

    If you would like a preview image of your Italian charm bracelet before shipment, please leave a note at checkout requesting a preview and include the best email address to contact you. A preview photo will be sent via email, and you will have 3 days to respond with any requested changes. If we do not hear back within 3 days, the design will be considered approved and your order will proceed to shipment.

  • Customization Return Policy

    Customized Italian Charm Bar orders are non-refundable. If an item needs to be returned for adjustments, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to our store.

    • Charm images may appear smaller on the website, and the color may vary slightly depending on the lighting. While we strive for accuracy, actual charm sizes and tones may differ slightly in person.
    • Your Italian charm bracelet will come fully assembled. Additional charms can be purchased separately from the Italian charm product page if you'd like to expand or customize your bracelet further.
    • Charms are placed in the order they are selected on the website, displayed from left to right. If you would like your charms arranged in a specific order, please leave a note at checkout specifying the order. If you would like your charms placed side by side, please indicate that in your note, as all charms will be spaced out by default.
    • The charm-changing tool is sold separately and can be added to your order if you'd like to swap, add, or rearrange your charm links at home.

    If you would like to add additional charms to your order, please make sure to select each charm individually from the Italian charm product page. At checkout, please include a note indicating where you would like the additional charms placed and whether you'd like them spaced out. For example, you might write, "please place the heart charm after charm #5," or "please space all charms evenly."
